How the process works:

Would you like to bring out the best in your team? Inspire them to improve and grow? Foster self-awareness? Increase their sense of fulfilment? Encourage ownership and a sense of initiative? Develop a culture of peer-based feedback and collaboration? Decrease turnover?

Work with our team to design a bespoke 360 feedback survey, based on your team’s strengths.

Your team members then each:

  • Take a Strengths Profile Strengths Assessment online to determine their unique profile of realised strengths, unrealised strengths, learned behaviours and weaknesses

  • Nominate the candidates to receive their 360 feedback survey

We reach out to their candidates with our online survey, then collate the final 360 degree feedback report and share it with your team members.

The final step is a 90-minute coaching session for your team members to individually unpack and make sense of their strengths assessment and 360 feedback report with one of our qualified, leadership coaches. Additional 60-minute coaching sessions are available to follow-on from the initial debrief session.
