Empowering your high-performing leaders to HUSTLE more authentically + make space for their hush.

What the latest research says about the current state of employee wellbeing:

  • 69% of C-level executives are seriously considering resigning for a position that better supports their wellbeing. (Deloitte)

  • 7 in 10 UK workers experienced burnout at work in the past year. (Slack)

  • Nearly three in five employees reported negative impacts of stress at work, including lack of interest, motivation, or energy at work. (American Psychological Association 2021 Work and Well-being Survey)

  • Over half (53%) of employees are more likely to prioritise health and wellbeing over work than before the pandemic. (Microsoft 2022 Work Trend Index)

  • A third of Gen Z who feel regularly stressed say their workload (34%) and a poor work/life balance (32%) contributes significantly to their stress and anxiety. (Deloitte 2022 Gen Z and Millennial Survey)

Teams that have an environment where they feel comfortable sharing their genuine emotions with each other... that work through them, not only come up with better ideas and insights, they get to the richer discussions as well.

Want to support your team’s wellbeing, but not sure where to start?

We would love to help you guide these conversations about wellbeing, work-life balance and stress or burnout at work.

Why not book in for one of our HUSTLE + hush Workplace Wellbeing Workshops:

  • The Energy Map

    • One of our most popular workshops. An interactive session designed to allow individuals to reflect on what their ideal ratio of HUSTLE to hush energy looks like, compared with where they are right now. Concluding with the space to set intentions for actionable changes they wish to make to support their wellbeing in the coming weeks and months.

  • The Uncertainty Toolbox

    • In this workshop, we will make space to hear the challenges being faced by participants as they navigate uncertainty. Then we’ll explore a range of self- management strategies and frameworks that offer a sense of stability, structure and provide new perspectives during periods of change and transition.

  • Mindfulness 101

    • An evidence-based and practical session from Ovio, grounded in everyday life examples. Evidence shows mindfulness enhances relationships, performance and wellbeing – all of which impact performance and culture in the workplace. It provides an opportunity for attendees to relax, revitalise and connect with colleagues, whilst learning this powerful new life skill to help manage their stress and emotional reactivity and tap into their creativity.

  • Designing the Emotional Culture of your Team

    • This session will allow your team leads and/or team members to take the time to intentionally design the emotional culture of their team; getting clear on how the team will ideally feel when working at their best and leaving with a plan for how to bring this to fruition. Utilising the Emotional Culture Deck.

Feedback on our Workplace Wellbeing Workshops:

Tee is one of those people who just has wonderful energy and brings a sense of reassurance to everything she does. No matter what stressors I have on my plate, after a group session with Tee, I feel renewed and recharged. She’s also helped me think about things in different ways by providing a fresh perspective, which is critical to successful leadership.
— Liz Taylor, Managing Director, EMEA at TBWA/Media Arts Lab
Tee ran a thought-provoking and empowering workshop for my team and gave us a toolbox of techniques we can continue to use for months to come. Tee is a natural presenter and extremely personable, I highly recommend her - you won’t regret it!
— Danielle Upton, People Experience Lead, NZTE
Tee hosted an Energy Map session for our team, which was incredibly thoughtful and reflective. Not only did the team find out new things about themselves but left with an optimistic take on where they’d like to focus their energy next.
