  • Step 1: Reach out to us to express your interest, using the form below. You should hear back from our client experience lead Helen, within 24-48 hours.

  • Step 2: Jump on a free 15-20 minute Discovery Call over Zoom with our founder Tee to brief us on what you are looking for in the coaching program (either for yourself or someone you manage/look after).

  • Step 3: We’ll match you/your leader with 1-2 of our expert coaches and set up free 20-30 minute Chemistry Calls over Zoom with them. This allows you/your leader to get further clarity on what they’d like to explore in the coaching program, ask any questions and check if there’s a good fit between them and their potential coach.

  • Step 4: Once a match is made, we’ll get your first session booked in, send you/your accounts team a VAT invoice and a coaching agreement to sign.

Investment:

  • £1500 + VAT for each 6-Session Coaching Program, consisting of 6 x 60-minute Zoom-based sessions.

  • Because of the virtual nature of sessions, we work with leaders globally in London, the rest of the UK, Europe, North America and APAC.

  • Optional additions:

    • £250 + VAT - Tri-Partite Alignment Calls.
      2 x 30-minute calls between coach, coachee and manager/sponsor to align at the beginning and end of the coaching program.

    • £250 + VAT - 360 Feedback Report.
      A bespoke report, incorporating strengths-based feedback from up to 5 close contacts/colleagues.
