Training Courses & Workshops on Leadership and Management

Fostering authentic professional development and personal growth that brings out the best in your leaders and those around them.

The case for investing in and developing your leaders:

Bringing out the best in your leaders and supporting them to lead authentically not only impacts them, but has a positive flow on effect to your wider team, productivity, profit and performance…

  • More than two in five employees have left a job because of a bad manager. (Visier

  • Employees who find their manager inspirational are 2 x more likely to feel optimistic about their own happiness at work. (Glint)

  • Employees who see good opportunities to learn and grow are 2.9x more likely to be engaged. (LinkedIn 2021 Workplace Learning Report)

  • An engaged employee is 45% more productive than a merely satisfied worker. (HBR)

  • Business units with engaged workers have 23% higher profit compared with business units with miserable workers. (Gallup State of Global Workplace 2022)

For leaders, being your authentic self is not just liberating yourself. It’s liberating everybody who’s watching you do that.

Feedback on our authentic leadership development workshops:

Tee created the safest possible space for my team to learn. Far from enduring the training (which, let’s face it, is the norm) the team embraced it and genuinely enjoyed it. It was like a magic trick. Give her a shout - you and your team will be all the better for it.
— Sophie, Head of Fundraising, Royal British Legion
I grew in confidence from listening to other high performing leaders being humble about their own struggles. Everyone was really committed to learning and open to being vulnerable, ensuring a really diverse set of insights.
— Charlotte, Finance Director, KIDLY
Tee is incredible - she made us feel comfortable and created such a safe space for me to be open and honest with myself.
— Nasri, VP/Director of Sales
If you are looking for courses that not only engage your employees but make them think and receive actionable insight then HUSTLE + hush provides this in spades.
— Jason, Head of Talent Management, CultLDN/NYC
Tee’s workshops were high quality and our employee resource group valued the professional development insights she provided. I would highly recommend HUSTLE + hush to any group or individual.
— Briana, Professional Development Lead, Young Professionals ERG, Insulet

HUSTLE + hush workshops are a great addition to your leadership development programs, new manager or senior manager training schedules and soft skills training plans.

Our workshops can be a one-off engagement through to a full curriculum, tailored to suit your team and your business.

Right now we are working with teams to deliver one-off workshops to target a specific need that’s arisen, through to year-long leadership development programs across entire departments.

Catering to Different Learning Styles

Each member of your team will have their own unique approach that works best for them when it comes to taking on, understanding and embedding new concepts.

Like you, we are allergic to passive, seminar-style workshops.

As such, we try and structure our in-person workshops to utilise a range of learning styles from:

  • Written, ie. workbook note taking and group post-it brainstorms

  • Verbal/Auditory, ie. facilitator contextualising, partner and group discussions

  • Visual, ie. slides, workbooks pages with frameworks to refer back to

  • Kinaesthetic, ie. practical hands-on activities and experiential learning

If you know there is a particular style that engages your team - please share it with us so that we can try to integrate this.

Traditionally even interactive workshops can cater to those more comfortable in a big crowd, or with the “loudest voice”.

We recognise that some people are incubators, who prefer to attend the session already “warmed up”. To help these participants prepare ahead, we can work with you to build in some pre-work tasks to help support those who wish to come prepared and with some thoughts already firing.

And finally, while some participants are happy to ask questions in the session, others take some time to digest the content before their questions surface, and others prefer to ask questions privately; so we offer a follow-up “Ask Me Anything - AMA” feature where participants can ask Tee any follow-up questions for the week after the session and receive a personalised voice note responses back.

Investment:

Sessions start from:

  • £750 + VAT for a 2-hour session, delivered virtually over Zoom

  • £1250 + VAT for a 2-hour session, delivered in person (plus applicable travel costs, if required)

NB: Discounts are available for bookings of 4 or more sessions.

We prefer to cap workshops at a maximum of 12-15 people for maximum impact and interaction.

Any more than this and you risk losing the valuable wider voices of the whole group. It’s too easy to sit back and let the louder voices take over, or to switch into passive consumption mode vs active engagement. We want every participant to feel seen and heard as they journey through the workshop with us.
