Do you recognise yourself in the below?

YOU (AS A LEADER):

  • Are currently managing a team and interfacing with a range of stakeholders

  • Might have recently levelled up - maybe you’re managing a larger team, or entering a more senior landscape

  • Want to be an empathetic and compassionate leader, but right now you’re suffering from communication fatigue and feel like your attention is being pulled in too many directions

  • Have been wondering lately how to empower your team through communication to take ownership of their own challenges and play to their strengths, freeing up your own time and energy for other things

YOU (AS A PERSON):

  • Are open to exploring new communication perspectives, especially getting to know yourself

  • Actively seek out tips & tricks through communication podcasts and books and put your hand up for professional development opportunities, but have found yourself rejecting “traditional” leadership advice that’s spoken AT you, as it doesn’t feel relevant for your situation or the times we find ourselves in right now

  • Are either already comfortable being vulnerable amongst a group of peers, or curious about what that could be like if only you could find a safe environment to try it?

What you’ll gain from attending The Listening Leader:

1.

New and insightful perspectives on how to listen and communicate as a compassionate and supportive leader

2.

A safe space for self-reflection, leading to a deeper understanding of what drives YOU personally as a listener and leader

3.

A chance to put your new communication and listening skills into practice in a nurturing environment with peers

Quotes from previous participants:

I now understand how I can help my team by being a more effective listener and ultimately a better leader.
— Nasri, VP/Director of Sales
I now know what it really means to be a listening leader. I’m able to see and understand myself better in various situations. The Listening Leader was much better than any corporate course I’ve done. I worked with myself on a much deeper level than I had ever anticipated I would in a course related to work. It brought the human aspect into leadership which is the reason I was drawn to it.
— Cecilie, Content & Creator Growth Lead, Pinterest
The Listening Leader gave me the chance to reflect on my listening habits and understand my behaviours when listening to others; and how/why I react in certain ways. I now feel a lot more confident in knowing how to actively listen - and really hear what the other party is saying.
— Elliott, Global Head of Social Media & Digital Engagement, Hunter Boots
It was such a thought-provoking course. Each week gave me takeaways and reflection. Prior to the program I thought I was confident as a listening leader but have really been able to self-reflect during the course to consider my impact on others when listening, as well as my approach in different scenarios and different people.
— Lydia, Regional Manager

Why listening is THE leadership skill you should invest in:

As a leader, managing teams for top global brands like Burberry, Tommy Hilfiger and Charlotte Tilbury I wanted to bring out the best in myself and those around me. As a coach, that’s what I’m privileged to get to focus my energy on every day.

It’s no surprise then that I adore Nancy Kline’s quote above.

The idea that the quality of someone else’s thinking is directly related to my ability to give them focussed, enriching, empowering attention stops me in my tracks EVERY time I read it. That I have the ability to bring out the best in someone, “just” by listening.

In order to show up and offer this sort of powerful attention to my coaching clients - or in your case, your team or wider stakeholders - it’s key that we first understand ourselves.

  • What might get in the way of you offering someone your best attention?

  • What is it that’s driving you to finish their sentence, to give advice, to show how much you know, to console away their difficult feelings, to get your point across or to lose focus and get distracted?

  • What could you tap into to super-charge your attention and listening capacity?

  • How can you listen to yourself, in order to listen to others?

If you’re the sort of leader who wants to better understand yourself, in order to bring out the best in yourself and those around you - then you’re going to love The Listening Leader Group Coaching Program!

How The Listening Leader works:

The Listening Leader Group Coaching Program consists of:

  • 6 x 90-minute group coaching Zoom calls, on Friday mornings 7:30-9am BST/GMT. These fortnightly group calls are a mixture of unpacking key frameworks, guided exploration of the session’s themes in smaller breakout chats with 1-2 others and facilitated group discussions.

  • You’ll also receive a dedicated 60-minute individual coaching call to debrief on your 18-page Strengths Profile Assessment and detailed 360 Feedback Report. This gives you my undivided attention as together we explore your strengths as a listener through your own self-assessment, as well as taking into account how direct reports, bosses, colleagues and loved ones perceive you.

  • Digital workbooks to complete during each session, to ensure you’re capturing the aha! moments and actions you’ll need to put this all into practice with your team and wider stakeholder network.

  • Weekly stretch assignments and self-directed challenges to complete between calls to cement your progress and bolster your self-awareness and growth.

Why a group program is the perfect environment for this:

Together, we’ll offer each other colliding perspectives to shake us out of our old habits and provide a space for supportive reflection to consolidate our individual learning.

Quotes from previous participants on the power of the group:

The openness, humility and vulnerability of all the group made for such valuable and powerful conversations. There was no judgement. We were all there knowing we had challenges, wanting to improve and so encouraged each other to be open.
— Nasri, VP/Director of Sales

I grew in confidence from listening to other high performing leaders being humble about their own struggles. Everyone was really committed to learning and open to being vulnerable, ensuring a really diverse set of insights.
— Charlotte, Finance Director, KIDLY

I really appreciated the chance to get real with other people. To be able to listen to stories and have the respect of someone else listening to mine was fantastic. It helped me to appreciate what it was like to be really listened to.
— Blaine, Head of Product, HATCH
The sessions allowed you reflect personally, and also listen to others. Working with others who don’t work in your field, and hearing their approach on listening, their challenges and their reflections, really helped me believe in myself further.
— Lydia, Regional Manager

About Tee and HUSTLE + hush:

My experience working for top global brands like Burberry, Charlotte Tilbury and Tommy Hilfiger, allows me to pivot and establish rapport quickly at all levels of a business, connecting with both senior and junior leaders.

Quotes from previous participants on what Tee brings to this program:

Tee’s energy and the safety she creates amongst the group is superhuman.
— Blaine, Head of Product, HATCH
Tee creates a really safe space to be vulnerable. I also really value how professional Tee is, whilst also making the experience really personal.
— Charlotte, Finance Director, KIDLY
What I enjoy most about working with Tee, is that there are always things that come up that you weren’t expecting, it always goes above and beyond your expectation. Tee’s nurturing and curious way of probing and asking you to dig-deeper helps you to understand your own behaviour and how you can personally develop to help others, which makes the experience enriching and growth-focused.
— Elliott, Global Head of Social Media & Digital Engagement, Hunter Boots
Tee is incredible - she made us feel comfortable and created such a safe space for me to be open and honest with myself.
— Nasri, VP/Director of Sales
Tee is so passionate about coaching, people, reflection and recognition. She really listens when others are talking and will reflect and recognise your discussion. This is very reassuring and encouraging when being honest about your skills, as it allows you to be vulnerable, which fosters growth. Tee’s style of coaching really resonated with me, and I connected with her. I really felt involved, listened to, and went away after every session with learnings.
