That's why we offer a flexible coaching programme that allows people to choose the support most relevant to them. Employees receive flexibility to book six 1-hour virtual coaching sessions, choosing the exact combination and order that fits their individual needs.

Building Your Personalised Outplacement Plan

  1. Empowered Exit Plan: During your hour-long session, you will create an empowering exit plan and supportive personal wellness toolkit to help you navigate the remaining time you have in your job role. Taking the time to map out an intentional plan which feels aligned to you, gives you clarity, supports your motivation, and nourishes your energy levels as you begin to transition towards your next chapter in your work life.

  2. Understanding Your Strengths: Knowing what you’re good at, what energises you and finding ways to use those strengths wisely, will help you to be more authentic, feel more confident, mean you are more likely to achieve your goals and generally perform better at what you do. After completing an online assessment and receiving your Strengths Profile Report, you’ll spend an hour with one of our coaches, diving into your results and working out how to best utilise your strengths now and in the future.

  3. CV Coaching: Whether you have lost your confidence, don’t know where to begin, or feel like your CV isn’t getting traction currently, this CV Coaching session is for you. The one-hour session will help you to reflect on your achievements and strengths to feel at your best in your job search, decide what you need to work on in your CV & LinkedIn so that it authentically reflects you and understand how to use AI tools to optimise your CV.

  4. Job Interview Coaching: Feel empowered to present yourself authentically and with confidence at your interviews. Work with our coaches over the course of an hour to role-play interview scenarios, get clarity on your core messages you want to land, articulate examples in a compelling way and feel prepared for whatever comes up.

  5. Authentic Networking Strategy: Take 'the ick' out of networking! We know in this current job market, that your existing and future network can hold the key to unlock your next role. Spend an hour with one of our coaches and discover how to authentically network, tapping into your own strengths for building connections online and offline, getting clarity and confidence in your 'unfair advantage' to open opportunities for your next role.

  6. New Job Confidence Plan: So you’ve got a new role! Congratulations. Now what? Using our New Job Coaching Cards, you’ll spend an hour working with one of our coaches to map out a plan for your first 100 days in your next role. Working through the first 3-months in role, work out what information you’ll need to gather, what tasks you’ll need to prioritise and what crucial conversations you’ll need to set- up with key stakeholders.
